You make a check list for all the items you WILL NEED to bring with you the day of the wedding, but you don’t make one for all the items that will need to return with you. Several items that get left behind include:
I.D.’s or credit cards from open bar tabs
Clothing that you arrived in
Shoes. They get really uncomfortable and you kick them off somewhere and then forget where exactly.
Sand ceremony vases or unity candles
The best thing to do to ensure that items like these don’t get left behind is to assign your parents or bridal party members jobs. Now do make sure if mom and dad will be responsible for gifts that they not bring dad’s sleek, two-seater, sports car to the wedding because they will be making numerous trips to get all the gifts home.
This wonderful couple wed at a family friends estate on May 17, 2014.
It was a gorgeous wedding all around, from the perfect shade of pink pastel dresses on the bridesmaids and flower girls, to the great shade of gray on all the gentlemen and of course the beautiful bride who was beaming from ear to ear and looked spectacular the entire day.
The ceremony took place in the entryway of this amazing estate so the bridal party could use the amazing grand staircase. It was truly a grand entrance into the ceremony and great place to take photos.
The cocktail hour took place on the multilevel back patios. A perfect place to mix and mingle while the bride and groom took some photos.
The reception followed on the lower portion of the property where they called in All Occasion Rentals who set up an enchanting white tent, tables, chairs, candles, centerpieces, the dance floor and draping and finished it all off with just enough lighting to keep it romantic and a chandelier to keep it elegant.
The whole day was captured by a fabulous photographer Jodi B. and a special thanks for sharing all the photos!
We know it’s a little over due but a great big congratulations Mr & Mrs Fosher!
Love, happiness, friends, and family only added to Chelsey and Greg’s beautiful wedding on September 2, 2011. The couple had their ceremony in our courtyard location at a Country Club surrounded by their family and friends.
The reception was decorated in white linen and accented with red roses and napkins. The favors boxes were adorable! Placed at each setting were detailed boxes dressed as a bride and a groom that had a sweet, chocolate treat inside. Small, freshly bloomed, red roses were placed in the center of each table with a black and white swirl ribbon wrapped around the vases. Strewn around the centerpieces were red and white crystals that added to the perfectly paired table.
The Adorable Favor Boxes!
Instead of a guest book Chelsey and Greg had guests leave their best wishes on a photo mat.
The stunning three-tiered cake was provided by Olivera’s and featured chocolate, strawberry, and raspberry mouse. Instead of a cake stand the baker utilize five water goblets that were slightly filled with water and a few rose petals. It brought height as well as a touch of splendor to the cake. Olivera’s did an amazing job incorporating the flower and ribbon details of the centerpieces into the cake.
Happy Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. Thrasher!
On Saturday April 14, 2012 Tracy Toscano and Jason Delong were wed at a local church and celebrated their reception at a Country Club. The room was filled with champagne and pink accents and was wonderfully lit with the candles on the tables, the draping with lights and fireplace which warmed the reception area perfectly on this cool Saturday evening.
The couple utilized mirrors and candles adding pale pink and ivory rose and hydrangea centerpieces on each table.
The couple kept it traditional will a simple three tired wedding cake and added a simple D Monogram topper to the cake.
The couple also incorporated the tradition of a grooms cake with a special marine corps designed cake, which tied in nicely since the groom was in full uniform for the wedding.
Happy Second Anniversary Tracy and Jason!
Janell and Anthony were wed on Saturday, April 7, 2012. Andrea’s Photography photographed this amazing couple. They had their ceremony in a simple outdoor setting with a beautiful tapestry of orchids and willow branches forming a beautiful arch for the ceremony.
The whimisical cake was provided by Simply Cakes and adding done splendor to the evening.
Janell’s bouquet was bright, beautiful and accented with just a little bling.
Congratulations Janell and Anthony DeWitt on your second wedding anniversary and wish you many many more years of happiness!
